I am not a mod nor am i to judge but permernat ban for BSM are you serious i mean wouldn't you think a 7 day ban is more appropriate ?. I know people with Nodus get banned for a week but for someone to get permanent banned for just having the mod but wasnt using it ???? this punnishment is way to harsh and unfair in my opinion.

But anyway Hiqhlights is a great pvper one of the best,He was a great person he will be missed Sad to see him leave MCSG

Just because he's high up on the Leader boards, or has 100+ subscribers on YouTube doesn't mean he isn't to be treated like anyone who's done so would be.

Well this is debatable maybe i am wrong but didn't Bajan Canadian get multiple warnings for his BSM on the other hand some people get banned with no warning whatsoever.

That's definitely debatable, but the main idea behind that was the fact he was such a large figure in the community at that time. I personally think it was unfair for him to have so many "bonus" warnings, but sometimes those necessary measures have to be taken

I don't have sympathy towards hackers. Especially if they're dumb enough to record them having it, and upload it to youtube.
Also, what's the big deal? It's not like he was some big youtuber. He only had about 150 subs.

He wasn't using a mod during a game...it was simply the presence of bsm being installed if I am not mistaken.

That's very harsh, a 7 day ban at most would have been more appropriate for using BSM. I've been using BSM for a while now and only just uninstalled it when I started playing on this server. Lucky I didn't get caught using BSM for the couple of times that I did (when I first started).

And that's why you use multiple jars, just like I did when I wanted to play on servers which allowed BSM.

We are not talking about the accidental usage of the mod, we are talking about a player opening up his settings for a split second, I guess my opinion doesn't matter so much since I am not a moderator, but I know that even moderators have slightly varying thoughts on issues. Brandon6895 got banned for "block glitching" for breaking an item frame on tsg2. Do you know who I remember for teaching people how to break the item frame? Arbit3r, the senior mod.

Block-glitching is only a bannable offense if it has been done multiple times by the offender. Brandon had broken this rule a number of times, but this is not something to be discussed publicly. Please message me if you have an issue with that ban.

Like I said before, playing on these servers with a hacked or modded client is against the rules. It is irrelevant whether the client was "used" or not.
