Its come to my attention that the amount of hackers through the AU Mcsg severs has quickly grown. I've been playing MCSG for around 6 months now and the problem seems to have grown out of control. In my opinion this is due to that lack of activity by AU Moderaters, don't get me wrong there are some great AU Moderaters, but not enough of them. I regularly encounter hackers and when i go looking for a moderater to come spec, I more than often see theres none to be seen. I know they say record them but its not always possible.

Some of the moderaters don't listen to the players when they ask for help or advice, heres a little story from the other day. I was playing and encountered a team of hackers, a friend in the game wen't to the hub to seek the help of a moderater but they did not listen, all the Moderater replied with was 'I can do more good in the hub' then continued to ignore my friend.

In my opinion some new and dedicated moderaters should be found as it would greatly help rid the community of these hackers and please alot of players. If it could be possible for some mods from a different region to join au for a while and lend a helping hand that would be great, but i know thats not their job. Most AU moderaters are either highly inactive or only patrol the forums and not the actual server which means they can not listen to the people throughout the hub or lobbies and help them, which is their job.

Post any opinions you have if you would like, no hate please this is just my opinion :D

There are two big reasons for the lack of AU Moderators and Increase in Hackers.

1. The lack of AU Moderators is true, due to a lot of them resigning of the past 2 or so months, whilst the Moderator Applications was put on holt. The current AU Moderators are trying their best to cater for everyone in need. There are now a lot of Applicants based from AU and no doubt the problem should be semi-fixed.

2. Yes, there has been a recent increase in hackers, many people are blaming EU from making them migrate over to AU, that without a doubt is incorrect. MCGamer is increasing rapidly and what does that bring, yet more hackers. We can't totally abolish hackers, neither give all the work to Moderators. What we need to do is take action into our own hands and Record them, creat a 'Report Abuse' thread, and fight against them.

Very good points, i just get annoyed at the fact that the mods ignore most people, most times they just have conversations in chat or run around the lobby. Hope fully more mods are appointed but i know a few people who i believe would make great mods have been resigned after hours of making a good application. Thanks for the input <3

There is without a doubt, inactive mods on at all times. It is highly suggested already that they leave the hub immediately after turning in-active. But yet some don't. Yes, some Moderators are supposedly 'lazy' and do not reply to you asking for their help. This is mainly because they either are speaking to someone of importance on TeamSpeak or helping another user out. By all means you are a allowed to poke another staff member over Teamspeak or contact them over the forums, but I highly suggest you don't use the forums as a first contact for dealing with hackers. It is suggested you record them or get a friend/another user capable of doing so.

why do I right so much ;-; >.>
