AS Server constantly "restarting"

The Asian servers keep saying that they are restarting for hours on end, so it is only possible to play on maybe one of the four servers because of this. Please can you fix this issue.

It is happening to all regions. Don't be impatient though. They are most likely fixing this problem right now.
