Yes. Not those green things with weird heads that fly UFOs and have laser guns, though. We're not all like that. Scientists have found microorganisms within our solar system, and at least one other planet that can sustain life. I mean, there's all of you humans on earth that we consider aliens, right?

Considered the universe is endless, or still growing. Even though that the changes are so little to have a planet in the right position of a star it must've happend coundless of times. Which means in case that the universe IS endless there should be endless amounts of planets with life on it.
