Anyone else experiencing lag on the servers ?

this is weird i cant play proper game without lagging i dont think its my connection but i cant pvp at all its just the pvp is so chopy and its not hardcore lag its just little connection lag spikes and i have died soo many times because of it idk what it is or if its just me any feedback would be appreciated

the lag is coming from 1.6 not ure connection its a mojang issue with the new update

1.6 lag, we all get it hang in there though
