Alternate accounts

That second chance is immedately broken as soon as they unlegitely continue playing.

But how is that possible? Breaking the second chance while trying to get a second chance :/

Any form of using an alternate account to evade a ban is against the rules and will result in a permaban. It may be harsh on the player but as Shaun said as soon they break the rules and hack/spam etc... then they have taken away their right of playing on the servers and they shouldn't be rewarded with a second chance on a different account.
