Actually, this is caused by eating vegetables, or food with large amount Chlorophyll. This is what is making your stool green. Eat something with out large amounts of Chlorophyll if this is becoming an issue for you or a loved one.

Where should I have dinner? All the Paneras are closed (hypothetically of course)

I would recommend breaking into Panera Bread and taking a Chef hostage until he makes you a Panini. This is the only possible option.
