Alert in MCSG

I've been seeing a lot of players not knowing about "Report Abuse" section of this website.
How about alert in game every 5 minutes saying
'If you see someone not following the rules, please visit http://www.minecraftsurvivalgames.com/forums/report-abuse/
Remember to have proof for it'

I think this will work...

Would be pretty easy to put in, it would just be another message to put into the auto-announce plugin, so it would be some copying and pasting of the message to all of the server's auto-announce plugin settings. Simple, yet affective. I think it should be added.

This idea is great! There should also be more things alerted like, the website, applications, suggestions. ETC.
