Again, some downtime today

Our new web server has some kinks in it and reason why we had a long downtime. Our site will be on and off today for troubleshooting and also our servers as well. Please allow the rest of the day to finish this process and become stable again!

Taking US & EU down for 1.4 updates and server maintenance. Will be down for most of the night and be back up early morning Saturday.
