75 wins and at least 30 games played with clan=Jr.Mod (you can accept people but not with out asking a higher classmen first and you cannot kick people yet)

85 wins and 40 games played with clan=normal mod+elite member (you can now kick but not without asking a upperclassmen and now you may accept people without askin upperclassmen)

100+ wins and 50 games played with clan=Sr.mod (you can now kick and accept people into the clan freely)
