Actually, I played a game to day and I noticed that specs CAN push tributes.
If someone die, they respawn at a random player and they are not invisible yet. This can move you a little bit.
But it is not a big deal.

We almost pushed a creeper in a hole with a trapped tribute, but he got killed allready..

This might be true, I have yet to test it out. But even if it is, the spectator disappears quite quickly so, like you said, it's not a big deal.

But when you respawn you respawn where you died, not at a random player...

You respawn at a random player, I believe it's the closest one to place where you die not including the person that killed you (if it was a person).
