Why would he ban me off his site if I yelled to his face in a rude manner? He could just as easily call the cops for first or second-degree assault (if any sort of unwanted physical contact was made that is).

You do have a point there, it would be stupid to ban you from the server/website, when he can easily sue and get you arrested for hrassment.

On the topic of new mods: I don't really have anything against them, but if I have a problem I'll turn to someone active on the forums that I already know is reliable. I'm less inclined to get someone that I don't know anything about over someone who has already proved themselves in my mind.
