They added crafting benches to chests which are a bit OP, but I think it would be cool to add/replace the benches with enchantment tables. With the addition of XP bottles it's a lot easier to enchant and so this would be really cool while not being OP. (maybe limited uses). Just a quick thought of mine.

I haven't found one but apparently tier 3s do, yes.

Enchantment tables are actually a great idea. It would still be nice to have crafting tables, but enchantment tables would just be amazing.
