"A cannon can be heard in the distance"

So... I was just playin' a bit when all of a sudden someone dies. Instead of reading "[Playername] has died" it read "a cannon can be heard in the distance."

I was like BABYYYYYYYYYY!

To ya'll v2 nubs who don't what dis' is, back in v1 this was the way people went down. It never specified in chat who actually died.

it gives mcsg a more realistic feel because in the real hunger games it didn't say who died right away it would say who died at refill/night
