How would all 50 members communicate to each other...?

I would recommend every clan sitting in their own teamspeak room, that would mean 10 people in every channel, and that they choose a "squad leader". In that way there will be 5 squads working together kind of. This is of course just an example.

It's not going to be easy, that is true. But Im sure there are some ways to do it. The best would probably be squads or something.
