They changed the tiering system again I think it takes me 5 tier ones to get a wooden axe

Maybe we create another tier, like a "tier 0" kind of thing and make the tier 0 chests only available in the outer row at corn. These chests would have no weapons, and only simple things like leather armor, food, and necesities.

Again, as stated, this would take a lot of time that the developers don't exactly have given the new and exciting updated I'm hearing rumors about.
