1.7 or 1.8?

The title of the thread says it all! What do you prefer / like better? 1.7 or 1.8?
Myself I would say 1.7 but i'm starting to get the feel for 1.8 because the combos are crazy and the fps is stable unlike 1.7. 1.7 combos are consistent though.

I have been using 1.7 for only one reason. The majority uses it and its really hard to kill them if I was using 1.8.
But I have been enjoying 1.8 lately. I loved it when the server was 1.8 only. Lets see what happens with 1.9

I don't know. 1.7 only was pretty fun back in v1.

I switch back and forth but mainly 1.7 is what I use for block hitting and the way the rod looks

Only annoying thing is the kids who just spstand there and blockhit and get some weird hits.... I'm not a fan of blockhitting

I use 1.8 and prefer it only for the simple reason that before MCGamer went back and implemented 1.7 I was already very familiar with 1.8.
