You see, if he is saying "we need more members" it is logical to be less strict on the win requirement. Wins do have an affect on your skill yes, but you also need to know that people with lower wins can be good too. I take myself as an example because my win record is pretty low, but most of my games were when I was a noob. Now I can call myself a rather kind of maybe decent pvp'r. P.S. Don't call me a "Smart Ass" I dun like that ._.
