I found this new program/server/idontfrikkinknow when browsing through OMGChad's videos. It is called Miners Movies and allows you to record and playback footage of playing on servers without any lag and it is saved on the website. When you playback the footage you actually join a server in which you can see exactly what happened during your playtime. It allows you to fly around a view it from all angles. This would be a great way to either prove your innocence (just save recordings on the website of all the games you've played) or to catch hackers if your view wasn't that great in the first place.

(no I'm not advertising for them, I'm not payed or anything, but I think this can help a lot of people, especially with the recent spike in hackers.)
[EDIT]: You can also easily catch regen hackers with this. If you type /analyze while viewing your 'recording' and click on the link it gives you, you can see players and the health they had when you recorded. You can also see invisible or hidden players in your recording.
