First, this thread made me literally LOL.

Second, I can only speak for myself in saying that I did resign for personal reasons. However, even if the other ex-mods didn't put ALL the reasons they resigned, whatever they put should be respected and their work should be recognized. Even I was shocked to see so many mods resign, especially the long-standing ones. The best thing to do is wish them luck as they move forward with their lives.
