They do, in a way. When a player is banned, they are taken off the leaderboards until their ban expires, or they are unbanned. However, if a player is permanently banned, they are gone from the leaderboards for good.

Yes, those macros are allowed now, it used to be that only Mods could use them but, now it's allowed to the pubic!

Macros are allowed but only if you have them on your keyboard or mouse. The macro mod isn't allowed and is bannable and considered a hack. (I asked a mod)
