You need to put it through a video editing software, such as Sony Vegas. There are hundreds, if not thousands of tutorials on Youtube of how to do this, so I recommend you start there.
Thank you. I now know how to render. I reall wanna yootube but I have 1 last problem. How come when I turn on fraps using my hotkey, Iit makes my mouse go to like hyperspeed?
I have no idea, I've never had a problem like that or heard of anyone with it. I would recommend googling it and seeing what you can find, someone else has to have had it before
