I don't recommend building a map with the glass dome already added. Its better, with world edit to do the command //hcyl [material] [radius]. That way it will mark the map radius, but won't make the dome. Then after the whole map is finished, dome comes at last.

Also, reading your other comments. Building a map just for the reason being of wanting VIP, that is simply wrong. A person works on a map because they want to make one and its fun, or make one because they would like to play on their own creation. Making a map and only wanting VIP creates a bad image to yourself and are most likely to not receive anything at all.
