by hours I mean, what time you enter and what time you exit. Most office jobs just care that you get the work done.

You don't seem to understand, they are still going to expect that you are there ~40 hours a week, regardless of when you show up.

ok, we have a misunderstanding. I was originally talking about how I don't like to get up early. So my point is I want a job that doesn't require that. If they expect you to work this many hours, that is fine. I just mean that I don't want to have to arrive at a certain time. darkai202 said that it would be hard to get a job like that, and I disagree.
