What's even worse than spam, is countless points talking about spam, fueling spam, and giving attention to spam.
Honestly, please. By giving attention to spam posts, you give some people exactly what they want. By replying to spam, you start a conversation which (surprise!) has nothing to do with Rebels. By complaining about it, (surprise again!) you're still making a post, and it's still off-topic (shocker!).
Please. Just ignore people who are going off-topic. If they make a post, and nobody replies, guess what? That's one off-topic post. One "unnecessary" alert. One. One doesn't need to become two, then three, four, five, and so on, countlessly adding on.
Like, seriously. Let's be real for a second, and ask ourselves:
"How annoying is an off-topic post?"
Honestly, it's not that big of a deal. Some of you have this mindset that off-topic posts are like the spawn of satan.
This just in: off-topic posts aren't that big of a deal!

All sass and sarcasm aside, can we please just chill with the whole "anti-off-topic posts" brigade? I get it- we're trying to stay on topic, but you're not helping by furthering that and replying to posts and starting conversations on the thread.
