Well being targeted or killed early is the risk of going to corn, you can always skip it.

This guy told me he always got targeted, so I decided to spectate a few of his games.

Game 1: He doesn't get targeted.
Game 2: He targets people and gets killed.
Game 3: He gets killed off spawn.
Game 4: He doesn't get targeted.
Game 5: He calls a guy a noob, and says he will target him. Gets targeted and killed.
Game 6: He doesn't get targeted.

Not very logical to complain, is it?

I highly doubt you are being targeted. You aren't a VIP or a youtuber. No one has a reason to. This community will never add a grace period, so if you want my honest opinion here it is. Go somewhere else or deal with it.
