The dome would be covered in water and there would be cool statues and buildings in the dome (the map)! I really think this idea would be a cool for a new map. Don't you!

There have already been multiple people who have conceived this idea, so no. There are already a few completed Atlantis-themed maps, none of them getting accepted.
