Both, but neither of them work in Vanilla Minecraft

Yeah. I really think that this should not be allowed. And someone made a really good point about the fist glitch and block glitching. If those are not allowed, shouldn't the fence post glitch be illegal too? And vice versa.

What it is really is MCSG staff uses it. But, I still goes against their core rules so they shouldn't be. But, oh well. I still refuse to use it. And if it gets bad enough might as well just quit. Because the fact of the matter is it gives people an unfair advantage. Not everybody is going to surf the forums and figure out how to do it so, it's a reward for people that play a lot. That's just going to scare away new players which is what this server is supposed to be known for.

One of our other rules is to respect staff's decisions.

My first question is, how does it give people an unfair advantage? Not everyone knows how to use the fishing rod trick... nor is everyone going to surf the forums and find out how. Does that make it unfair? No.

Also, it's a reward for people that play a lot? OMG, that's just like anything else! I mean, if I'm a basketball player, and a play for a couple of years so now I can't miss a 3 pointer... that's a reward! If I play a lot of MCSG and get 3,000 points -- that's a reward. How is that a problem?

Not even can do the fist glitch or block glitch... That's why it's not fair.

You can only perform the fist glitch if you win. And if you have really good internet you can't block glitch.

They decide... And diamond fists are a lot more OP then the fence glitch...

I agree with this. If it is a "Minecraft bug" and so is Fist glitch why is the fist glitch kick able? Furthermore One of your rules. Rule 9 is to not exploit minecraft bugs/glitches. MCSG allowing this bug just comes off as severe laziness.



9. Do not exploit bugs or glitches: We want to the servers to be the best that it can be and if a bug or glitch is spotted, report it to staff privately ASAP.

Example:

1. Block glitching
2. Breaking boats as a spectator
3. Leaving the map

The fist glitch is a advantage in which only certain people can have a game. The fence post glitch is something everyone is able to use.
