Why do you give people elite right when they join?

It is given to the best players in the clan, and if a player joins and is one of the best, I don't see why he shouldn't get elite.

You're not even in the clan...... And we choose elites based on skill. The people that just joined are extremely good at PvP and we know them pretty well.
