When Ex did kill someone before 28. We did /kill so it was a fair play. We were not allowed to choose server. In the rules its is, "both clans must accept server". You didnt? Also you said that we were going to play to 5.

As you stated we did say that if the clan war comes to 3 and we can still play we would play to 5, but our clan could not continue since our players had to leave. Therefor the clan war ended at 3-2. And it clearly says in our rules on our forum page that if you break any of the rules it will result in a disqualification/forfeit. And you did break one rule when you killed one of our players before grace period was over. Yes you did /kill with one of your players. But you still broke the rules which resulted in us winning that round. After that one of your players crashed INgame, and if you read our rules you can clearly see that if one of your players crash ingame the match will continue. We had to go after that game. It said: If you can play one more game, we continue to 5. That applied to us as well. If we could play. We couldn't play till 5, and that's something you have to respect.
We won 3-2, fair and square. Please put up your loss, as that's what really happened.

I'm gonna leave this thread now, and let's get on topic. We should discuss this further in a pm on the forums or skype.

He agreed on that rule. Sebba asked if he agreed on the rules, and Sench said "Yes, I agree". That is clear evidence that you agreed on the rules. Don't try to escape this. We won. Now get over it.
