I'll also give a quick explanation. Rainmeter is a program the modifies your desktop home screen with lots of 'upgraded' windows desktop gagdets. They look much nicer, have more features and are just generally better. You can download 'skins' that have different looking clocks, notes etc. It has so many functions. Everyone here go get it!
