Return of the 1.5 Team Elite MCSG Lobby :c

To much surprise today, I've noticed that the MC Gamer servers have built a new hub. My feelings on this hub are mixed. But when I joined a game this morning, I was very unhappy to see the lobby that Team Elite made months back. Don't get me wrong, the building style is breathtaking. But I know I'm not the only one who shares the same FPS lag in that lobby. I really liked the other lobbies, they were all simple and I found nothing really wrong with them. But this lobby has always been extremely laggy on my computer. Also, since this was a former lobby, I feel that if MC Gamer wants to "change it up" they should probably get another lobby built. These are my thoughts on the return of this lobby and I really hope they don't keep it permanently.

I get 15 fps with the new lobby, it usedto be 70-90 :c

I guess it just depends on your computer, but I'm sure I don't have the worst computer in the MC Gamer community, so there has to be others who lag aswell

Hmmm in the previous lobby I ran from 60 - 170 fps now I painfully fluctuate between 20 - 50 *sad face*

I've been actually experiencing slightly less lag with the return of this lobby, although it might just be me.

I haven't experienced any lagg. I prefer this lobby as it has some more fun parkours around ( Never actually completed one ).

The actual Team Elite Lobby was fine, and there was little FPS drops (as far as I remember). The reason you're lagging is because this is actually the map The Lobby Games. For some reason, that map causes some users to lose a lot of frames.

Actually, No. I've remembered the lobby back in 1.5 to be even more laggier. Since it's actually the lobby games that gives me a chance to escape that side of the lobby. But I'm sure the reason I was lagging more back then was because I put my render distance of Far.

Just saying, lag does not equal a drop in FPS. Lag is based on connection to the server. I am not entirely sure if you guys were talking about your connection, but I honestly doubt it.
