Valleyside University, under the rec center

So I noticed int he map Valleyside Univerity there is an entrance to a basement after a few hits of the bushes. Inside there are 3 levers. When you pull them I can hear things moving, but when I go upstairs I can find anything. Anyone know what these levers do?

He is referring to the dorms route where there is a lever puzzle underneath basketball courts, as you enter the room look to the right, there should be a riddle on a sign that says the words up/down multiple times, put the levers in the order of up/down starting from left to right, after you get the combination right, it unlocks a tier 2.

The ones that are synonyms for happy (I think it's like content and one other) you flip.
The one thats like miserable or something you leave alone.
