If you still want it above ground, I think stairs would certainly be the fairest- maybe step stairs rated than stair stairs- am I making any sense at all?

To be honest... I hate this. The old cornopia is alot better! Watter and nether dont looks good together... And it seems pretty unatural for me!

I am removing the water an netherrack. (As stated above).
