Craigslist computer, Should i buy? PLEASE HELP!!

I asked for the fps and for pictures of his minecraft settings and fps according to the pics he sent me he gets 60 fps (no optifine) with 8 chunks fancy graphics all particles max smooth lighting Max framerate unlimited server textures on Vsync on. So please tell me if the price is to high and how much it is worth and anything else you think i should know. Thankyou

Tell him to put Vsync off. Vsync basically shows your framerate that your monitor can show. It could be limiting the amount of FPS he's getting.
