Carpal Tunnel Syndrom?

Hello! So, as some of you might known I have been taking a break for minecraft. One reason was because my hand hurting and playing to much. So, I did some resarch and saw something called carpal tunnel syndrom. It is bassicly when you make repetitive motion you carpal bone starts to get irrtated and hurts your arm, fingers and wirst. It can become a serious thing. So, if you want go do some reaserach. So, I was wondering was anyone had an expirence with carpal tunnel before?

Carpel Tunnel Syndrome typically affects older people, as my dad has it.

Yeah. Carpal Tunnel Syndrome happens when you've been using equipment that is not ergonomically correct. Could be that you place your hands wrong on your keyboard, and repetitively do it. I understand that it can be very painful, and I hope for the best.

Maybe try and get some new computer equipment, whether it'd be a new mouse, mouse pad or keyboard. Sorry this happened to you.

I got something similar once, and I still have minor issues with my hands, but not I haven't really had the full thing before (I'm only 14 )
I do, however, have a slight form of arthritis in my feet.

Thanks for all of your messages. I made this kinda late and I dont really have it my hand just hurts usally. I have been taling a break for about 3 weeks and is feeling better thinking of coming back! Thanks once again!
