I'd like to thank a few people, such as Cat_On_A_Poptart , billyguy1 , and other people (please tell me if I forget you) who like spammed me today in order to reach the requirements for active member. I myself posted at least 50 times today in order to reach this milestone.

Warning: This is a long, long post.

Chapter 1: A little different

Unlike so many players that I know who play MCSG, I did not start playing Minecraft in order to play Hunger Games. I have quite a bit of a story in my Minecraft history. It was May of 2011. I was in 5th grade, and school was nearing its end. I didn't have more than 6 good friends around that time, and once we did everything we were interested in, we got bored of each other. I was a frequent internet user at the time, and I subscribed to youtuber named Kilplixism.

Kilplix was the person who introduced me to Minecraft. He may not have that many subscribers, but I've watched his videos for a long time. He didn't stick to Minecraft for too long, but his 30 episodes or so got me hooked. I made a cracked Minecraft account and began playing singleplayer. My favorite thing to do was make multilevel towers at least 100 blocks into the air! Eventually, I heard about modding. I knew that I couldn't run mods with a cracked Minecraft, so I watched people play modded survival. Juiceheadiscool was my favorite person to watch. He played so many mods, that I never knew what would happen. Then, Juice said he was starting a multi-player vanilla survival server.

Chapter 2: Why can't I connect?

At this point, I didn't even know that Multi-player Minecraft was a thing! It's late June 2011, and I found Juicehead's server on the MCForums. I applied with my cracked account, and was accepted. I didn't realize I needed a real account to play it, so I got frustrated when it wouldn't connect. At this point I gave up, and stuck to single player Minecraft. This was at Beta 1.6, mind you, so there wasn't a whole lot to do. I'm not going to lie, what happened next was the luckiest I've ever been in my life. It stunned myself, and kept my family laughing. I live in Florida, so my father always takes us to amusement parks on the weekends or during breaks. We had gone to one of the Disney water parks, and in the big wave pool, you would not believe what I found. 20$. I didn't have enough money to buy Minecraft, but when I found that 20$, I was so excited. I could finally join servers, or have skins, or save my worlds!

Chapter 3: Blazerboy rises.

My little brother was as excited about Minecraft as I was. Since he also wanted to play, and being the amazing brother I am, I let him name the account, but I let him know that it couldn't be a stupid name. He decided to name it Blazerboy. I think the name was taken, so he added 123 to the end, and that's where it started. I applied for Juicehead's server once again, with my new account name, and I got in. At the same time I was accepted, two other players were accepted: superdupernova, and Kisume. These guys are some of my best friends to this date. We began playing on Juice's server for a while, and were the best of friends. Fast forward to December 2011, and it's Beta 1.0. superdupernova and Kisume leave Juice's server, and I follow. They realized how bad of an administrator Juice was, and he treated his fans like crap. I still miss playing along with him, but he runs a Pixelmon server now, and I'm not too interested in that.

Chapter 4: Society rises.

superdupernova and Kisume (Tyler and Adam) create their own vanilla survival server, and name it Society Rising. About 10 of our mutual friends from Juice's server head over, and we all begin having a blast. It's January 2012, and this was the best way to start a year. I donated to their server and had some cool perks, like hats and creative mode. For around half of 2012, Tyler and Adam gave all they had to make some awesome servers, but they got bored of it, and no one else really played. We had around 6 different servers started by them, with a bunch of themes, such as roleplay, factions, vanilla, and more. You might ask, but Blazer, what about MCSG? Well, around the time that Tyler and Adam's servers were at a high point, the Hunger Games film came out.

Chapter 5: What's Hunger Games?!?!?

I was a 6th grade student when the Hunger Games movie came out. I wasn't too involved with Hunger Games, I knew the premise of the story after reading the wikipedias for all the books. I wasn't too interested in reading, but watching 24 kids kill each other in a theatre was something that caught my attention. I never actually saw the movie until right before Catching Fire came out, but I saw Vareide's trailer for SG1, and I followed the link to where I could play it. MCSG was where I was led to. At this point, the time I started playing was right after diamond armor was removed from MCSG chests. This is early Beta, and I was the biggest noob ever. I had a terrible desktop computer, and I could barely get 20+ FPS. The only thing I played was Minecraft, and my connection was decent. I really wasn't that bad at MCSG, I ran chest routes and got kills, but I was not good at 1v1s in deathmatch. The usual way that I made it to DM was by cleaning up others after they kill another person in a fight. I recall losing to a kid with full leather and a stone axe when I had full iron/chain and a diamond sword. This is what we're talking about. Beta ended, and SG3 came out along with Breeze Island. I was and still am a fan of Breeze, but I understood why so many disliked it. Then, I achieved my first win! I was so happy. I began to get more wins, achieving 10, then 20, then 50! I felt on top of the world! I continued on like this for a while, until I was interested in becoming a donor, and I joined the forums.

Chapter 6: The forums

I donated in September of 2012, and I joined the forums. I wasn't too active in the forums back then, I took a look around and I began going on the forums a lot more, but I didn't really feel like I could post anything that contributed to other threads. I played MCSG with a lot of my friends, such as my brother (who got his own account, Multiblazerboy), Tyler and Adam, a couple other friends like Alex (laggyface) and Nick (nick097a7). Most of these guys aren't serious players around here, and I pretty much led them to victory ;).

Chapter 7: Fast forward

We skip quite a bit over to June 2013. At this point I've reached at least 100 wins, and I began watching other popular MCSG players on youtube. I watched the greats such as Blamph or Kerbals to start with. One day I was reading some forum stuff as usual, when for some reason I decided to scroll down. A section I had never before seen, Clans and Teams. Clans in Minecraft? It was an odd thought. When I played COD (on the Wii, oh boy that's another story), clans were all over the place. I thought clans were a COD thing, not a Minecraft thing. I started looking through some of the best ones, such as Forgotten and Rebels. I knew I wasn't qualified to join them, so I waited for a bit. This gave me some enthusiasm to get more wins, so I did. In July, I looked into clans again, and found one that didn't have such high requirements: Royals, led by Yured . They were a cool group, but after a week or so, I knew that they weren't the right clan for me. I saw Captain has made a clan named United. United, oh boy, this was my first serious clan. United weren't the best group of players, and we went 1-4 in clan battles, but it was so much fun! Captain disbanded it after a month, and I went solo for a bit.

Chapter 8: Part of a bigger whole

Captain messaged me about a new clan started by MrKorrenian , Chris_Bro1998 , and xNovaXHDx . I signed up, and thus was a part of The Organization. Organization was a lot better than United, and Nova was one of the best PvPers that I had known. Korrenian, Chris and Nova worked really well as a team, and taught all of our members how to be a lot better and skilled. After the failed Clan Wars 3, Organization went down the drain, but we had done really well as a group. At this time, it's in October, and there was one clan that was a little underestimated by everyone. Titans.

Chapter 9: Titans

Titans were underestimated by a lot of the bigger clans. They weren't as skilled as some others, but Zeno was a very good leader. I didn't want to admit it, but he was better than Nova and Korrenian! I was trial for a couple weeks, and then I was accepted. then, a bunch of excellent PvPers started joining, and I was amazed. Titans were starting to become a bigger threat to Forgotten, the then number one clan. At one point, Soul pointed out that we may have been his biggest competition. We had numerous excellent PvPers, such as xSwagGiraffe , Math_Magician , JustlThelWorst , and FuzzyPB . I was undoubtedly one of the worst in Titans, but it didn't matter. I preferred to sit on the sidelines and let the real PvPers win our games. Titans suffered many losses late November. By early December, Titans disbanded. I was deeply saddened. Titans were my favorite group so far, and I knew it would be hard to recover. I debated what to do next. I knew that a couple people actually quit after Titans broke up.

Chapter 10: what next?

Early December, I applied for an age exception. I still haven't gotten an answer, but I can't say that I don't have a shot. I decided to go for Rebels. I knew it was a long shot, and it would be difficult to make it in, but I decided I didn't really have anywhere else to go. Then, I was accepted for full Rebels member! I was so happy, I almost took my pants off. almost. I made a couple new friends, like resistantcorn12 , but I still think I have to get to know everyone a little better.

So now, there are only more stories to be told with what will come. With being in the Rebels alongside some excellent PvPers, to my unknown future of being a moderator, who knows what I can add to my story!

Some thanks:

Yured - Thanks for leading me into my clan life, and I couldn't have started playing competitively without your help.

Captain - The leader of my first serious clan, he showed me what a real leader is like.

The Organization (Orgv3) - My first really good clan, we did pretty good for a while, right?

Katz4Sale and gavinawesomeMCSG - some cool guys I met while playing MCSG, I wish I still knew them well :(

superdupernova and and Kisume - I still play with them actively, but they laugh when I tell them I'm a professional Minecraft PvPer ;)

Titans - The best experience I've had, I remember all the awesome memories. #scrotum

And anyone else that I forgot, please tell me. I'll still be playing :D

I know we've had our difficulties in the past, but I look forward to becoming friends with you and winning UHC Season 3!
