I wish there was... I understand how you feel BioGear94.
The staff doesn't mean to hold grudges: they just don't want any harm to come to the community and aren't willing to take any chances. I respect them for that.

Still, they have to understand that moderators are people too. They screw up. It happens. As long as they learn from it, there shouldn't be a serious penalty like demotion, as long as it's not a regular thing with that person.

It's sad to see you go, Bio. Not only were you my go-to mod when I first started, you were a fun person to talk to when I actually had time to get on teamspeak over the summer. You're a great leader. You don't need to be a moderator on a minecraft server to know that. I just hate that you had to leave on bad terms. See you around!

Well thanks for all of the compliments, but to be honest, its all about the job of being a moderator. Some say I was a great and helpful person who was also a good leader and was a go-to guy for hacker reports, but in the end, that's what I was hired for. And although it may take some time for some to do what I did, it WILL happen. These guys are great at there job and I am honored to say I was once part of the team, because in all reality, they all worked just as much as everyone else and are considered a great team all in all. That's what a team is. You guys may not know this, but some of the moderation team struggle with irl situations outside of the minecraft realm while taking the time to Moderate a server they could spend time playing it and we all got through those times side by side. So because of this, I'm not mad to have left because I still have the family here on the servers when I joined and I'm sure I'll still have them when I continue to be apart of the community.
