MCSG: Top 10 Kills of the Month!
Welcome to MCSG's unofficial Top 10 Kills of the Month thread!
Basically, every month, I create a video compilation out of 10 clips that are sent to me either on YouTube (YouTube.com/PurgesRealm) or through PM on here, and I decide, out of my own opinion (and maybe along with some friends) which ones deserve to be put on the compilation. The videos will be put on YouTube as well as in the media section of the website. Every time a new episode is released; which will most likely be within the first week or two of that particular month; I will post that episode on this first post as well as a link on my profile.
Requirements:
- No commentary in the video.
- No background music.
- Only use DXTory and Fraps for recording.
- Has to be a sexy, awesome kill.
If the clip does happen to have background music playing, it's fine. I can edit the music out, but I'd just like for there to be no music, so it'll save more time. Done recording the video and editing it? PM me a download link to the video or a YouTube link to it, and it may very well be put into the video!
Getting your clip submitted:
I recommend starting the recording at the start of every game and ending it when you die. This way you'll be recording the match the whole way through and you can catch a sweet kill once it happens.
Once you get your awesome kill, take it into your favorite editing software (I recommend Sony Vegas or something decent.) and clip the video down to that special moment when you got that kill. Once you've done that, upload it to YouTube or to Mediafire. If you upload it to YouTube, remember to keep the video unlisted unless you want everyone to see it
. After that, PM me the link with your name for a chance of it getting into the video!
