I'm assuming you got your wacom if your doing things like this but if you did this with a mouse then it really good. These are the sort of work I'm doing atm the best thing to do with minecraft draws is to keep practising and get the feedback and improve on it just like doing.

Looks decent so far.
Although, clean up your lines, they look sloppy (too much like sketchwork) and fix your proportions. The legs are way too short. The arm on the right has no depth to it. Also I feel like his helmet looks like a mailbox, add detail (aka the points jutting out the bottom of it, etc).
