If you wanna have some fun with regen hackers, let them chase you until they start losing hunger. If you are sure he does not have suffisiant hunger to "naturally regen" keep lighting him up on fire. After about 2/3 times he will just die instantly.

The way this works is that with regen hacks, they take all damage really quick and use the natural regen to regen it all. If they cant naturally regen they just end up taking quick damage.
