Clan / Community tips?

Hey!
I'm making a Clan / Community.
Therefore I'm looking for suggestions for what i can do, or tips from Experienced clan leaders.
I've made a list of ideas down below.
I appreciate if you could help me and will be forever grateful.
*Global Clan
-[Name] EU
-[Name] US
-[Name] AS
-[Name] AU
-[Name] CA
*Multiply servers
I do wanna make this a big community in the game community, mostly Minecraft.
*No skill required
-I'm interested in expanding the Clan as much as possible
*Lots of ranks
-Since we don't have any requirements but keeping the rules i wanna have a good amount of ranks to describe the players.
*Own website
-As the clan grows i might make a website and expand to other games aswell.

If anyone give me a great idea i will add it and give them a special rank if they ever wanna join.
I will also describe more when i make the clan.

Please don't double post and don't bump things when you're still on the front page and it's only been two hours.

As for coordinating a professional clan with websites over many games, you'll find it really hard xD

Having no skill required, you'll end up with frustrating people, immature nine-year olds, griefers, people undermining your clan etc.

As much as you may want to expand your clan, having too many people will be VERY difficult to coordinate. My advice is do have a cap of people you can allow in.
