As far as I know from talking to other clan members (though I have not actually undergone this myself), the members of the clan vote on each application, which then leads to a final decision on the part of Six, Love, and Link. If the opinions of the clan shift in respect to any particular applicant, then their application may end up being accepted, even if they did not originally receive a reply.

Why I should be accepted into Sector Six​

I think that I should be accepted into Sector Six because even though I may not have the most wins my PvP skill would amaze and surprise you. I also think that I should be accepted into Sector Six because I think it would be a really good chance and oppurtunity to be united with MCSG'rs with outstanding skill like Sixzoseven,Linkdude1977, Huahwi and all the rest of the members in this clan. Finally I think I should be accepted into Sector Six because I am a team player and always like to lend a helping hand whenever it is needed.

Okay. Thanks for clearing things up. It's a very well organized system. I was just unsure about certain parts. But it makes sense now.
