Well that's a very generalized question, so post your own specified questions below and I'll try my best to answer them or give you advice based on your statements. Any questions are welcome, just trying to give back to the community

How many Youtubers uploading Minecraft Survival. Games to their channels - or Minecraft in general - is too many, in your opinion? Where is the line in the sand drawn?

Minecraft is currently one of the biggest forms of gaming content on YouTube today, I see no future or originality left in it or room for channels to grow and expand. I myself have come to a point where I've decided to move on to different Gaming Titles after I've established myself as the brand on my channel for this upcoming year.

Personally, I don't watch Survival Game videos because I find the content to be repetitive agonist one's channel, and to the community as a whole. I do produce that content on my channel, but only as a side series, the main goal being to entertain and establish myself as the face of my channel.

I know. I would've loved to get some of the new Xbox One games on my channel (as the One auto-records without a capturecard I hear), but it's so expensive. As a poor college student with only the better part of thirty subscribers and not even able to get Youtube to upload my actual channel banner, it's very hard to think of something original.

You can't get "Tomahawk YouTube Famous", no one can, because part of becoming successful or "famous" is by being yourself and having originality. You should have your know aspirations, besides merely adopting another's.
