VIP Applications

Hello Guys !

I am an Romanian Youtuber and i really want VIP

My question is : why it takes so long for a reply from Chad ?

I have been waiting for 2 months and still no reply

Also,is Chad the only one who manages the VIP applications ?

Will it take more than 2 months ?

First i mailed Chad,i waited 1 month and he mailed me back to tell me that i need to apply via a document

I did it and it has passed another month and still no reply

I know Chad is busy and i know there are many VIP applications,most of them spams but why doesn't Chad puts someone else to take care of those if he cant ?

Is there any way to get VIP ? i mean it is amazing how much i need to wait =/
