Yeah, I understand where you are coming from. Many people feel like the mods aren't doing their job; when in fact they are. It's just because of the increase in hackers and the increase of moderators banning people that many people have been unbanned unfairly. This gives the MCSG staff a very bad reputation. I know many people who have been perm-banned very unfairly. But due to semi-convincing evidence and all the mods trying their best to crack down on hackers many good pvpers get caught into the mix. I feel that EVERYONE in the community needs to step up. And not point fingers at moderators. We all need to take charge. If everyone doesn't contribute then there is no way that we will be able to ensure that everyone has an enjoyable experience on this server.

Exactly. I have been banned for some stuff I wasnt even aware I was doing once, and ruins my dreams of ever getting mod

I actually.. understand exactly where you are coming from gunn..

I resigned for really this same exact reason.. 1. I felt like I was too busy being a mod to enjoy playing mcsg... I went from great.. to just ok as a player. More importantly.. the main reason I resigned was same as you.. the unfair bans and how some high level mods treat them.

I have talked to sixzoseven about why the community calls staff "corrupt" and the main point I brought up was unfair bans and the large amount of them.. Back when I was a mod, I didn't ban anyone unless I was without a shadow of a doubt for sure that they were hacking and I had 100% clear evidence. However, some staff member ban for the most crap evidence ever... They ban when things look "questionable" or "eh, kinda looks like hacking". I mean... I have seen some very just.. crazy bad bans before.. some recently.. and I think to myself.. how the heck.. is this at all hacks? I just don't understand it. I'm not saying all of them do it.. or they do it every time. I'm sure that there are plenty of fair bans and legit ones.. but they really need to crack down on the unfair bans. If you sit there and look at the front couple pages of the leaderboards... there isn't too many ppl on that list that you can say haven't either been banned.. or almost banned lol. Myself included.

Anyways, it really makes me sad to see you go :/. You were one of the mods I actually liked.. and thought knew what they were doing.

Eh.. impersonating a staff.. that's a little more of an offense prob deserves a lil ban.. perhaps a warning would of been ok tho..
