Well I know Tree and Gameraider are related I think brothers, not completely sure though

My question is what's the point of testing your maps? I always thought the idea of testing was to see what could be improved from the opinions of the public, but when I gave my suggestions after the Fallen Haven testing a long time ago the reply was "It's done, we aren't going to change anything." Is it just meant to show the map prior to it's MCSG release, or actually get some constructive criticism on the map?
