I understand that many are willing, and yes, it's always been like this (because replacements may not show up due to such short notice).

But don't be upset, I am rewriting many things about hell games for HG anniversary(10) in February, mainly how people are chosen.

So I have two things to respond to this
1) why not ask some people who are guaranteed to show up later as a replacement, like message them on the forums or something and don't put them on the list until they respond to keep it similar to how you have it now, and
2) so HG10 is in February??!?!?!
