That is the laptop, I know that ASUS is known for having decent laptops that can run Minecraft at high frame rate at medium to high settings. What fps could I expect with this laptop on Minecraft with OptiFine... setting set to low-medium? Also what fps without OptiFine? Thank you.

The specs for the laptop are:
Intel® Pentium® processor 2117U

Features a 2MB L3 cache and 1.8GHz processor speed.

4GB DDR3 memory

For multitasking power.

Note: Optical drive not included

15.6" LED-backlit TFT-LCD high-definition widescreen display

With 1366 x 768 resolution showcases movies and games in striking clarity.

500GB hard drive (5400 rpm)

Offers spacious storage and fast read/write times.

UMA graphics

For lush visuals. HDMI output enables connection to an HDTV or other high-definition display.

Built-in 1.0MP webcam

Along with a microphone makes it easy to video chat with family and friends.

1 USB 3.0 port and 2 USB 2.0 ports

For fast digital video, audio and data transfer.

Built-in high-speed wireless LAN (802.11n)

Connect to the Internet without wires.

Bluetooth interface

Easily link with other Bluetooth-enabled devices, such as a mobile phone or MP3 player.

As someone who works at BestBuy and sells computers.... No, this laptop will not be a good one for Minecraft. Having a Pentium processor and only 4 gigs of ram will require you to play on the minimum settings, and even that will be low frame-rate. Invest an extra couple hundred dollars and get something with an i5, A8 or faster processor + 6gb or more of ram. Not only will the computer perform much better, but it will generally last you quite a bit longer.

How much fps will I get with OptiFine+low-medium settings? I'm kinda on a budget with buying a laptop, with those settings and OptiFine could I get at least 60 fps? If not, give me another laptop that would be good?

Nowhere near 60. You'd be lucky to get 20. I understand you are on a budget however think of it like this.

If you buy the laptop you posted you will be lucky to get 3 years out of it. So your cost is $100 a year for a laptop.

Something like this will get you 5 or 6, so your cost is <$100 a year. Sure, up front it will be more money but it will save you money in the long run. Not to mention it will be a much better computer to game on.

Yeah, but it's an HP, I had read NUMEROUS reviews on that brand, and I have yet to see a great review. Would the second laptop I recommended get good fps? If it won't, how much fps will the laptop that you recommended get? Thank you.

Read the reviews on the one I linked, it has great reviews. The second one you posted is a bit better, but would still get low framerate.

This would be your best bet... Great price but only a few left...

Quad core processor with 8 gigs ram and a dedicated graphics card. This should give you great performance on Minecraft, even in high settings without optifine.
Thanks for the suggestion, but as soon as I went to the link... It had already been sold out. I've read the reviews on the HP and I've decided that it's the one I will be asking for. The only thing that I read that was bad on it was the touchpad... Which is why I'm asking for a Razer Deathadder from my grandparents. The reason I'm asking for the Deathadder is because of the new 1.7 sprint, I feel as though it will me more convenient for me, instead of holding down ctrl or something. I really wish they would take out 1.7 sprint. Or at least ban it from MCSG. This is why I quit, my computer at the moment gets about 20 fps on 1.7 on MCSG, which is unbearable when I'm trying to fight good players. I understand that they might just keep the sprint function because it's "Vanilla Minecraft", but it kinda ruins the fun of the game when I'm being killed by someone with a 10 wins out of 1000 games... When I am obviously more skilled, but the only reason they won is because they were coming at me with that 1.7 sprint crap. If you have read my reply this far, you get a cookie.
