Requirements:
Must be 13 or older. (Rare exceptions)
Must have 100+ wins (Rare/Possible exceptions)
Must have Skype. (No exceptions)
Must have working mic. (No exceptions)
Must be active within the clan, and don't be annoying.
No bans, and follow the MCSG rule.
